How much does my Girls’ Night Out need to generate to earn free rewards?
You’ll start earning free products once your party hits $200 in sales. The more your guests shop, the bigger your rewards! Check the Rewards Tier Chart in your Hostess Toolkit for all the juicy details.
Does it cost anything to host an ArmoredSoul party?
Not at all! Hosting is completely free—and when your party pops off, you could walk away with tons of faith-forward goodies at no cost to you.
Do I have to buy anything to qualify for Hostess rewards?
Nope! Your personal purchases are totally optional. Hostess rewards are based on total party sales—not whether you make a purchase. If you choose to order to make your party total bigger, that is up to you! But ordering for yourself is completely optional. We'd rather you get your wishlist for FREE!
I’ve never done anything like this before. Will I know what to do?
No worries at all! You’ll be paired with your very own Personal Party Facilitator, who will lead the Zoom party and guide you step-by-step through the process. She’ll also give you simple, fun action steps to help you get the most out of your event—like how to invite your people, when to post, and what to say to build excitement. You’re never on your own, but your personal touch is what makes the party a success!
What exactly happens during the Zoom party?
Great question! The Zoom party is about 30–45 minutes of fun, faith, and fashion. Your Facilitator will walk guests through featured products, share stories and Scriptures behind the designs, and highlight your Hostess rewards. You’ll be spotlighted as the Hostess—but don’t worry, you won’t be leading the call! Just show up, engage with your guests, and enjoy the moment.
What if my guests can’t make it to the Zoom party?
No problem at all! Each hostess will have a Facebook event that runs during the full span of the party. Guests who can’t attend the live Zoom can still access product links, updates, and all the fun details in the event space—so no one misses out!
Can I still host if I don’t use Facebook?
Absolutely. We can run your party using Zoom, text, and email instead. If some of your guests are on Facebook, we’ll still create a Facebook event for them to stay connected and informed. Your Facilitator will work with you to find the best combo!
Where can I find photos to share as I invite people to my party?
You are welcome to use any photography from the ArmoredSoul website or our social media accounts! Feel free to pick your favorites to share in text messages, email invites, or on your social platforms. The more you share, the more excited your guests will be! All we ask is that you not alter our photography in any way with filters, text, or imagery.
Can I collect orders outside of the website?
Yes, but using your custom link is the easiest and cleanest option. If someone prefers not to shop online, you can place their order using your link to make sure it counts toward your totals.
How do I track sales during my party?
You will receive a personal shopping link, a real-time Hostess dashboard showing your sales, customers, and rewards, and updates from your Party Facilitator. 🚨 Important: Orders not placed through your link must be reported to your Facilitator before your party closes—otherwise, we won’t be able to add them to your totals.
When and how do I get my free products?
Once your party closes, your Facilitator will review your sales and walk you through your reward options. Sales-based rewards are based on net sales, not including sales tax, shipping, or any discounts applied by the customer. Your free products will be shipped per our standard shipping policy. Booking-based rewards (like when a guest books their own party) will be shipped after that guest’s party closes with at least $200 in sales.
When do my guests get their rewards for booking a party?
Same timeline: their free items will ship after their hosted party closes successfully with a minimum of $200 in sales (not including tax, shipping, or applied discounts).
Where can I share my party? Are there any restrictions?
Share it everywhere! Text, Facebook, Instagram, email, word of mouth—whatever works. Your Hostess Toolkit includes tips for getting the word out without being “that girl.”
Can I co-host a party with a friend?
Yes! If you and a friend have overlapping circles or want to team up, you can absolutely co-host a Girls’ Night Out. Just let your Facilitator know in advance so she can build the right reward structure for your setup.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn as a Hostess?
Nope! The more your party sells, the more you earn. There’s no cap on blessings over here. 🙌🏽 Your Rewards Chart will show you all the tiers available, and your Facilitator will help you set goals to reach them.
Do guests have to wait until the party ends to get their orders?
Not at all. Since our orders are placed directly on the website, each guest’s order is processed and shipped just like a normal customer order. No waiting for the party to “close”—they’ll get tracking info as soon as their order ships!
Is this one of those MLM or Direct Sales things?
Nope! ArmoredSoul is not an MLM. We are a Christian lifestyle brand and retail company rooted in Deuteronomy 6:8, which reminds us keep the Word of God close. Girls’ Night Out events are about community, faith, prayer, and fun, all while discovering bold products that help you rep Jesus proudly.
Can I host more than one party?
YES! In fact, that is encouraged. Here are a few ways to keep the fun going: Host again when new products launch. Host different parties for different friend groups (church, coworkers, school moms, etc.) Book seasonal events (Back to School, Fall Drops, Holiday Gifting, etc.) Your Facilitator can help you brainstorm and plan!
How long does the whole party last?
The full experience spans 5 days: Day 1–2: Pre-party shopping begins with your Facebook event and custom shopping link. Day 3: Zoom party goes LIVE 🎉. Day 4–5: Shopping remains open for guests who missed the Zoom. The Zoom link will also be posted inside the Facebook event for replay access. Your Facilitator will handle all the posting—so all you need to do is show up and share your link with your tribe!
